If you want to delete your account and all data associated with it, you can send us a deletion request using either of the contact options below.

How to request account deletion

1. Contact us using any one of these:
   • Email: englishwithchintu@gmail.com
   • Phone / WhatsApp: 8920808078
2. In your message, include:
   • Your registered name
   • The email address or mobile number you used to sign up
   • The line: “Please delete my account and all associated data.”
3. We will verify your request and delete your account.
4. You will get a confirmation once the deletion is complete.

What data will be deleted

• Your account and profile information (name, email, phone number)
• Your learning progress, quiz results and activity history
• Your subscription and purchase records linked to your account, except where we are legally required to keep them

What may be retained

Payment and transaction records may be kept for up to [X days/years] where required by law, tax or accounting rules. After that period they are permanently deleted.

Time required

Your request will be processed within [7 working days] of verification. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
